Requirements

Part time schedule is 12:30pm – 5:30pm
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years office experience
Knowledge of copiers, printers, faxes and other office equipment required
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Ability to lift 50lbs unassisted
Ability to work well with others as a team player, multi-task and prioritize work requests
Must have reliable transportation for daily runs

Nice To Haves

Experience in a law firm or other professional organization is preferred

Responsibilities

Reception coverage - answering very light phones, greeting visitors, maintaining delivery log, validating parking, adding guests to security, conference room reservations, landlord requests
Document Production – copy, scan and print or other materials as requested
Collecting and distributing mail
Preparing mail and overnight packages for shipping
Stocking office supplies and taking inventory
Set up and clean-up of conference rooms
Records - updating and creating files, locating files
Library - updating library materials
Other office service-related responsibilities
Support to tech department re office equipment
