About The Position

Hawley Troxell has an immediate opening for a Office Services Clerk in our Boise office. This is a full time in-person role. This position is responsible for routing all incoming and outgoing mail, delivering documents to area businesses and courts, as well as other miscellaneous tasks as assigned. Provides back up support for Office Services positions including reception, office attendant, and copy center. Monitors inventory levels and orders office supplies as needed, assists with facilities issues, and with special projects as assigned. Entry and maintenance of data in Hawley Troxell systems.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong customer service and telephone skills
  • Basic knowledge of copier operating procedures
  • Proof of valid driver’s license, insurance, and a clean driving record
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize a busy workload
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Knowledge of Boise streets and surrounding areas
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. on a regular basis
