Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience working in a facilities capacity
  • High school, GED equivalent required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • associates degree or greater preferred
  • bilingual is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage Inbound and Outbound Shipments to and from the office
  • Manage messenger pickup and delivery
  • Deliver packages to users on their respective floors
  • Prepare outbound shipments for users in the office as needed
  • Manage user access to FedEx & DHL portals
  • Setup & breakdown chairs and AV equipment for large office meetings & presentations
  • Create electronic shipment labels for users as needed
  • Assist with clean up of storage areas when requested
