Join Crowe as an Office Senior Associate, where you'll play a key role in enhancing our office experience through administrative support, event coordination, and project management. This dynamic position involves collaboration with various teams to ensure smooth office operations and exceptional service delivery.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in professional services operations.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Ability to build professional relationships and deliver exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for daily office operations, including mail management, office supply maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Organize and manage meeting and event logistics, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for facility access and customer service inquiries.
  • Collaborate with IT to maintain office technology and furnishings.
  • Act as a local safety coordinator and first responder, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
  • Assist in budget management and support strategic office initiatives alongside the Office Managing Partner and Office Management Leaders.
  • Mentor and supervise Associates, assist in training and development.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other software for document creation, formatting, and reporting.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
