About The Position

The Office/Retail Sales Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the retail sales of the Lincoln Marine product line. This position will be a part-time role. This role will support customer interactions, and maintaining organized office records. The successful candidate will project a professional company image in person and with phone interaction.

Requirements

  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must have working knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office suite of programs.
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate problem solving skills.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.

Nice To Haves

  • Two years of office business or sales experience.
  • Possessing a Safe Boaters certificate is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming telephone communications. Greet customers and visitors.
  • General clerical duties including, but not limited to, copying, faxing, filing, and mailings.
  • Be knowledgeable on all Lincoln Marine products – be able to explain the benefits and features – pricing, etc.
