About The Position

Cotton Traders (CT) is a multi-channel clothing retailer, established in 1987 by England rugby captains Fran Cotton and Steve Smith. With 80 stores nationwide and 800 employees, CT has a growing online and catalogue presence and an ambitious 5-year growth plan. The company is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join their Lincoln team. The role involves providing an engaging customer experience, with a focus on positive attitude, helpfulness, and kindness, which are core values of the brand.

Responsibilities

• Delivering a true and honest customer experience, treating those as you yourself would like to be treated
• Helping to merchandise the store in line with our brand guidance
• Managing store stockrooms, ensuring effective replenishment and stock control
• Serving customers in a helpful and pleasant manner
• Being kind to colleagues and others to create a happy and engaging workplace
