About The Position

ABM Industries is seeking a highly organized, personable, and professional Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and will provide administrative support across the organization. This role requires welcoming visitors at the front desk, managing appointments, handling mail distribution, processing checks, responding to employee inquiries, and coordinating events. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Location: 14201 Franklin Ave., Tustin, CA 92780 Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm Compensation: $21-24 per hour The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Requirements

  • Spanish speaking required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
