Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
