This role involves handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone and e-mail, and maintaining a helpful and positive presence in the workplace. Requirements

  • Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Perform fundamental daily administrative tasks to assist the office team
  • Answer Phones
  • Perform detailed and accurate data entry
  • Assist other departments, as needed
  • Answer Customer Phone Calls
  • Customer Service is VERY Important
  • Some note taking required which would require the ability to write and spell correctly.
