The Office Project Manager 2 is responsible for the independent planning, safety, execution and financial management of low voltage construction projects with a cumulative yearly dollar value over $4MM. This role involves acquiring a thorough understanding of project requirements and objectives, including contractual, financial, technical, schedule, construction coordination, materials, personnel, and scope of work. The Project Manager will successfully deliver project profitability while stringently managing project margins, and obtain and read all contract documents. They will coordinate in-house activities, create and manage project schedules, and function as the focal point for internal and external project communication. The role also includes forecasting and tracking labor and material costs, invoicing projects quickly to maximize cash flow, utilizing technology and project dashboards, and providing technical assistance to field personnel. Additionally, the Project Manager will approve material invoices and technician timesheets, provide superior customer service, generate and submit change order pricing, perform on-site inspections, provide closeout documentation, and develop and strengthen subcontractor relationships.
