About The Position

The Chicago Fire are seeking a dedicated Part-time Office Supervisor to join our team through the end of the year! The Part-time Office Supervisor will report directly to the Manager of People and Culture and will support key functions across office operations and employee engagement. This role requires an organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual who is eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic environment in sports. This role will begin on August 31, 2026, and will conclude on December 18, 2026.

Requirements

  • Current or prior experience with office or administrative support, preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring items are received, organized, and distributed in a timely manner
  • Monitor shared office spaces throughout the day to ensure they remain clean, organized, stocked, and welcoming for employees and guests – including office space, conference rooms, mail room, and cafeteria
  • Support with conference room setup needs, scheduling, and overall support
  • Manager and execute the configuration of our newest conference room
  • Proactively identify office needs throughout the day and jump in where support is needed to help maintain smooth daily office operations
  • Be a point of contact for The Wrigley Building management, managing a positive relationship and supporting office requests and needs
  • Support with registering building visitors in our portal and ensuring a welcoming arrival
  • Ensure the kitchen and common areas are fully stocked, organized, and clean at all times
  • Serve as a reliable point of support for day-to-day office requests, helping create a professional, efficient, and welcoming workplace environment
  • Perform inventory on office supplies, order and re-stock the office supply closet when necessary
  • Save, organize, and upload receipts to Concur on behalf of the department
  • Provide additional administrative support to the People and Culture department as needed
  • Lead the planning and execution of staff engagement initiatives, including employee appreciation activities, celebrations, and office events
  • Assist with event logistics, including room setup, supplies, food and beverage coordination, communications, and post-event cleanup
  • Help promote staff engagement activities by supporting internal communications, reminders, calendar invites, and event details
  • Support employee recognition efforts by helping coordinate milestone celebrations, birthdays, anniversaries, and other staff appreciation moments
  • Help analyze employee feedback and support the development of initiatives that promote employee satisfaction and retention
  • Participate in organizing staff recognition programs and events
