About The Position

Office Operations Manager Clothing Retailer is seeking an experienced Office Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure strong communication and follow-through across multiple departments. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, proactive, and experienced in managing a team and keeping multiple projects moving.

Requirements

Prior experience managing a team is required.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proactive, responsible, and able to take ownership of tasks from start to finish.
Comfortable working with Shopify and office technology/software.

Nice To Haves

Experience in operations, office management, retail, e-commerce, or production is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily office operations, including customer service, collections, and data entry.
Manage and supervise a team of office employees.
Ensure office staff are staying on top of responsibilities, deadlines, and follow-ups.
Serve as the communication bridge between the office, production team, and overseas manufacturing partners.
Coordinate with the production team to track orders, timelines, and expected product arrival dates.
Communicate with the China-based production team and ensure all production-related information is properly relayed to the office.
Oversee the marketing team and ensure projects, timelines, packaging updates, and other marketing initiatives are completed on schedule.
Manage the Shopify product-upload process and ensure all products are uploaded accurately and on time.
Follow up with the appropriate team members to ensure no products or important information are missing from Shopify.
Coordinate with technical support when issues arise with company software or systems.
Identify operational issues and ensure they are addressed promptly.
Keep management informed of important updates, delays, and outstanding issues.
