The Office Operations Assistant will oversee specific areas of office administration, such as managing vendor relationships, overseeing supplies, scheduling facility maintenance, supporting staff, and coordinating office events to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the organization. This role is ideal for someone who is looking for a part-time, flexible schedule but who can be regularly present in our NYC office in midtown 2-3 days a week.
