Office of the General Counsel Fall Internship
About The Position
The Office of the General Counsel of the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) is offering a paid legal internship for law students for Fall 2026. DCAMM will consider applications for a full-time placement or up to two part-time positions. The intern will work closely with the General Counsel and Deputy General Counsels, gaining experience in legal research and writing, transactional document drafting and review, and exposure to construction law, real estate law, environmental law, and public/legislative/administrative law. Responsibilities include legal research and writing, document drafting, litigation assistance, and general legal work.
Requirements
- Law student for Fall 2026
- Excellent academic credentials
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Demonstrated interest in the legal practice areas of the DCAMM Office of the General Counsel, administrative law and/or public service
Nice To Haves
- Experience in land, real estate, environmental or construction law
Responsibilities
