About The Position
Avita Health System is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join their Health Services Department at their Galion location. This role performs a variety of administrative and direct care services to promote patient comfort and customer satisfaction. The Medical Assistant is responsible for patient flow throughout the visitation process and performing required procedures and tasks as directed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- BLS Certification or obtained within 30 days of hire.
- Valid driver’s license.
Nice To Haves
- Certification or Registration as a Medical Assistant, STNA, EMT or Paramedic.
