About The Position

General Function: The Office Manager provides and maintains an organized and efficient clinic,handle and oversee day to day activities including patient, employee and provider schedules while focusing on customer service and patient satisfaction. Is able to communicate effectively with clinic employees and providers. POSITION SPECIFICATIONS: Education Requirements: High School Graduate Completion of Clerical Training Program preferred Experience Requirements: Two years health related clerical or clinical experience Two years experience as an office manager in a clinical setting preferred Special Requirements: Proficient in skill associated with the position and competent in operation of all equipment used in the clerical function of the clinic. Preferred Type 40 WPM Must be computer literate
