This full-time, salaried role is responsible for managing office operations, supporting payroll and onboarding inputs, assisting with safety administration, and coordinating employee engagement activities. The Office Manager serves as the central administrative hub for the location, ensuring accurate, timely information flow between the field and centralized HR, Finance, and Safety teams. This position plays a key role in creating operational consistency, workplace organization, and a positive employee experience.
