About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to support the daily administrative and operational needs of our McDonough/Stockbridge location. This full-time, salaried role is responsible for managing office operations, supporting payroll and onboarding inputs, assisting with safety administration, and coordinating employee engagement activities. The Office Manager serves as the central administrative hub for the location, ensuring accurate, timely information flow between the field and centralized HR, Finance, and Safety teams. This position plays a key role in creating operational consistency, workplace organization, and a positive employee experience.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in office management, administrative coordination, or a related role
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort coordinating across departments and leadership levels
  • Proficiency with standard office software and administrative tools

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a structured, organized, and efficient workplace
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and purchasing needs
  • Schedule meetings, trainings, interviews, and internal events
  • Coordinate catering and lunch purchases for meetings, trainings, and company activities
  • Maintain office calendars, records, and administrative documentation
  • Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for the location
  • Collect, review, and submit employee timecards and certified payroll documentation
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of payroll-related inputs
  • Maintain organized payroll and attendance records
  • Partner with HR and Finance to resolve missing or inaccurate documentation
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding logistics and required documentation
  • Serve as first-line intake for employee administrative questions
  • Route benefits-related inquiries and documentation to the HR Help Desk
  • Maintain organized employee files and compliance documentation
  • Support the Corporate Safety Team by managing the location’s safety portal
  • Assist with completion and maintenance of OSHA 300 logs in coordination with Corporate Safety
  • Track safety training, certifications, and required documentation
  • Serve as the administrative liaison between the location and the Safety Team
  • Plan and coordinate employee appreciation events, activities, and recognition efforts
  • Support employee morale initiatives, celebrations, and location-based engagement programs
  • Manage logistics for employee-focused activities and events
  • Provide administrative coordination with the HRBP on location-level people matters
  • Assist with HR compliance processes through documentation and tracking (administrative support only)
  • Assist with basic A/P and A/R administrative tasks as needed
  • Escalate administrative, payroll, or safety issues appropriately
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or required to support business needs
