Lumina Healthcare is seeking a motivated and organized Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative operations of our dynamic and growing company. The Office Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and managing relationships with Skilled Nursing Facilities. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for improving patient care.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with dental and podiatry teams to ensure efficient service delivery, including managing calendars and appointments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Skilled Nursing Facilities, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
  • Oversee inventory and ordering of office and medical supplies, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Assist in budgeting, invoicing, and financial tracking, working closely with the finance department to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and company policies, maintaining high standards of service quality.
  • Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals, including coordinating travel and managing documentation.
  • Oversee the maintenance and operation of office technology and software systems.
