Nice To Haves

  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience
  • Auto titling and auto industry experience
  • Exposure to managing salvage titling and vehicle assignment process

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer general business office activities
  • Supervise branch and office services such as mail and messenger, duplicating, central filing, word processing, faxing, telephone, stationary supplies, order processing and security
  • Maintain high levels of customer service
  • Design more efficient ways of processing work
  • Develop working relationships with vendors
  • Facilitate employee teamwork to meet our customers’ needs
  • Resolve branch-level employee issues
