About The Position
The team at Studio Dental Fairview are looking for a passionate, hard-working Office Manager on a full-time basis. The ideal Office Manager for our team would be excited to develop and implement innovative methods to optimize patient experience, improve the flow of patients into practice, and create working harmonies between the front desk office and dental professional team. We are looking for a highly organized, fast-paced, and adaptable individual who can confidently manage multiple priorities while providing an exceptional experience for our patients and supporting our dental team. 123Dentist is Canada’s largest majority dentist-owned network of dental practices, with almost 500 locations nationwide and nearly 8,000 employees. Providing a long-term career in a growing network located in multiple communities across the country, at all levels of the industry.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of management experience in dental or at least 3 years of experience as a dental receptionist or Treatment Coordinator
- Strong communication, professionalism, customer service
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook)
- Strong written and communication skills when speaking with patients and dental providers
- Strong knowledge of medical and dental terminology and processes
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset

- Experience with dental practice management software such as TRACKER
