The Office Manager ensures the efficient operation of our office by managing supplies, maintaining inventory, and providing administrative support to the HR Manager. This role requires exceptional organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to anticipating and addressing the needs of the office. The Office Manager may also assist other team members with administrative tasks as assigned to support overall office functionality. In doing so, the Office Manager is required to solve routine office-related problems independently and with good judgment, as well as perform tasks that are diverse and essential to daily operations.
