About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in dental office management or dental administration required
• Excellent proficiency with MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with patients and dental care providers
• Thorough knowledge of medical and dental terminology and processes
• Experience maintaining a professional level of patient confidentiality
• Proven experience managing budgets and other financial transactions
• Positive leadership, communication, and compassion
• General knowledge of management functions (HR, accounting, etc.)
• Knowledge of protocols and software systems
• Strong organizational skills (priority management and anticipation)
• Transparency, ethics, and honesty
• Open-mindedness toward learning, autonomy, and proactivity

Nice To Haves

• Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentitek is considered an asset
