About The Position

As our Office Manager, you'll serve as a central point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and leadership. You'll play an important role in keeping our office organized, supporting our team, coordinating events, and creating a positive workplace experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, operations, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.
  • A professional, approachable, and service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with employees at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to take initiative.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations to maintain an organized, professional, and productive environment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related questions, requests, and administrative needs.
  • Manage office supplies, grocery orders, equipment, furniture, and general workplace resources.
  • Coordinate mail, deliveries, shipping, office maintenance, cleaning services, and facility repairs.
  • Maintain office common areas, including the kitchen, stockroom, and office plants.
  • Track office-related expenses and collaborate with the accounting team on budget management.
  • Provide administrative support to leadership and team members, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for employees.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, expense reports, and other business documents.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Partner with the People Team to coordinate new hire equipment, including laptops, technology, and security badges.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our external IT support provider.
  • Communicate office updates, procedures, and important information to employees.
  • Coordinate meetings, including room reservations, catering, technology, and materials.
  • Assist with planning company events, holiday celebrations, team gatherings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Welcome visitors and create a positive experience for employees and guests.
  • Support special projects and additional office initiatives as needed.
