About The Position

Temp To Full-Time Office Manager Our client is seeking a skilled Office Manager to support a local company in the geothermal heating and cooling industry. This role includes general administrative responsibilities, coordination of field activities and sales scheduling, as well as oversight of compliance requirements, licensing, insurance, permits, and accounts payable and receivable. LOCATION : Portland, OR SALARY : $ 22-24/hr. Requirements

  • Proven administrative and office management experience
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms and content management
  • Light bookkeeping experience, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Sales experience or comfort with lead follow-up and customer interaction
  • This role requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer, as well as occasional lifting of office materials up to 20 pounds.
  • The position may also involve light movement related to office coordination and support of field activities as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily email correspondence and calendar scheduling
  • Follow up on sales leads and support the sales process
  • Provide professional customer service to clients and customers
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence
  • Oversee office operations and perform general administrative duties
