Alongside comprehensive general dentistry, Loren Dental also offers the latest in cosmetic and aesthetic treatments, including professional teeth whitening, tooth gems, Botox, dermal fillers, and advanced facial aesthetic services -all delivered using state-of-the-art technology and exceptional patient care. We're looking for an Office Manager who is passionate about creating unforgettable patient experiences while leading a high-performing team. This is more than managing a schedule-it's helping lead one of the Triangle's most unique luxury dental practices.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of management experience (dental management preferred)
- Is an inspiring leader who enjoys coaching and developing others
- Is organized, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Has a hospitality mindset and a passion for creating exceptional experiences
- Understands KPIs, scheduling, production goals, and practice growth
- Has experience with Open Dental (preferred)
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail

Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire both front and back office team members
- Oversee daily operations while delivering a five-star patient experience
- Monitor office performance, KPIs, scheduling, and production goals
- Coach, mentor, and develop a positive, high-performing team
- Partner with doctors and leadership to drive practice growth
- Ensure efficient patient flow while maintaining Loren Dental's luxury level of service
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and team development
- Maintain compliance with office policies and clinical standards
