We’re hiring an Office Manager to support daily operations, assist with employee onboarding, and serve as a trusted partner to leadership, staff, and prospective residents. Requirements

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with a passion for supporting others.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years in office management, HR, recruiting, or a similar administrative role.

Responsibilities

  • Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and partner with leadership on hiring decisions.
  • Prepare offer letters, coordinate orientations, manage background checks, drug screenings, and set up training modules in Relias.
  • Guide team members through policies, benefits enrollment, and other HR-related tasks.
  • Maintain personnel files, process invoices, track deposits for move-ins and move-outs, and prepare workers’ comp reports when needed.
  • Help foster an engaging and positive workplace where team members feel supported and valued.
