About The Position

The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, ensuring efficient office workflows, and supporting team members to maintain a productive work environment. This role includes managing office resources, coordinating schedules, and serving as a liaison between staff and leadership.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration or management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.
  • Office setting with occasional travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communications for leadership and staff.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance and reporting.
  • Support onboarding and administrative processes for new hires.
  • Monitor and manage office budgets and expense tracking.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to administrative staff as needed.
