As our Office Manager, you will be the heart of Kinective’s Denver-area office — the person who keeps our workspace running smoothly, ensures our team has everything they need to do their best work, and helps our culture of innovation and collaboration come to life every day. You will own daily office operations and take the lead on facilities, vendor relationships, and employee experience initiatives, partnering closely with our Talent team and Culture Committee to create an environment where every employee and guest feels welcome. This role blends administrative expertise, operational problem-solving, and genuine care for people — and your work will be felt across the entire office.
