Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an Office Manager for our Corporate Headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio. This position reports directly to the Corporate HR Manager located in Bloomington, Indiana. Job Summary: The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. This role supports staff, manages resources, and coordinates office activities while maintaining a productive work environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and work independently
  • 3+ years of relevant administrative or management experience

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of basic HR practices preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
  • Oversee hiring, training, and performance management
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Supports projects and handle vendor relationships
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and office events
  • Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, recordkeeping, training, and policy implementation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
  • Ensure the office and facility reflect brand standards for organization and presentation
  • Coordinate “fun committee”, employee engagement activities
