The Office Manager role is responsible for fostering a strong culture that prioritizes long-lasting relationships with patients, providers, team members and partners. Our Office Managers create alignment with clinical and operational team members to promote collaboration and a patient-centric environment. Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage and optimal productivity to meet center goals. Serve as a front-facing representative of MCDC, supporting front office functions as needed, including insurance verification, patient scheduling, and answering phone calls. Ensure exceptional patient service is delivered with compassion, in alignment with company policies, dental board standards, and regulatory guidelines. Promote and maintain a safe clinical environment in partnership with Infection Control leadership and in compliance with OSHA, MIOSHA, and internal safety protocols. Collaborate with Human Resources on all staffing activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and terminations. Monitor center performance metrics and implement operational improvements through effective coaching and problem-solving. Address and resolve conflicts efficiently while fostering a positive and respectful work environment. Lead and support team development by modeling strong communication, accountability, and people management skills.
