Your attention to detail and ability to prioritize will help maintain efficiency, support our staff, and deliver a positive experience for every client who walks through our doors. Schedule: 4-day work week, with one day off during the week. No weekends. Pay: $18-$28 per hour, based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications. Guardian voluntary benefits, including optional supplemental coverage Requirements & Responsibilities: Lead weekly CSR staff trainings Lead weekly CSR team meetings Collaborate in twice-monthly team lead meetings Understand that this position is structured as ~50% on the floor and ~50% management Ability to demonstrate full alignment with the hospital’s goals, standards, and leadership direction at all times Conduct consistent one-on-one meetings with each team member to ensure they feel valued, supported, and heard.
