About The Position

The Office Manager position is responsible for all front office activities including directing and coordinating all office services and facilities for the venue. Responsible for interacting with local HR, local bookkeeping, artist contract review, artist deposits, booking assistance, filing paperwork, invoices, A/P and A/R, reconciliation, cash ordering, Brinks deposits, show flash accounting, and managing the safety policy. Also responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks for the venue. Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision, be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges this position entails.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years prior experience in an administrative role
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with the internet/web applications, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Professional level writing, grammar, and spelling skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an extremely fast-paced environment and handle tight deadlines.
  • Must be able to handle confidential and sensitive material with discretion.
  • The ability to multitask, organize, and handle last-minute projects
  • Proactive Team Player with a positive attitude

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Acts as liaison between various Live Nation Concerts teams to accomplish a variety of company tasks including contact with senior management, colleagues & clients to facilitate work & meet objectives in a collaborative effort.
  • Screens calls and responds to internal and external requests for information and follows through to ensure requested actions are taken or completed promptly and efficiently.
  • Office Maintenance requiring the liaison with building management and outside vendors for services.
  • Performs general office duties including the purchase of ongoing supplies and managing the accounting of such purchases for distribution between the office
  • Lead and plan office events including small internal office gatherings to commemorate special occasions and events.
  • Assist with preparation of presentation materials, review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues promptly.
  • Other duties as assigned
