About The Position

The team at Vancouver City Centre Dental is looking for a passionate, hard-working Office Manager on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate would be excited to develop and implement innovative methods to optimize patient experience, improve the flow of patients into practice, and create working harmonies between the front desk office and dental professional team. Our office is very modern with state-of-the-art technology. We are a busy practice with an exceptional team to which we want to add on to. We are minutes away from the skytrain stations. 123Dentist is Canada’s largest majority dentist-owned network of dental practices, with almost 500 locations nationwide and nearly 8,000 employees. Providing a long-term career in a growing network located in multiple communities across the country, at all levels of the industry.

Requirements

2 years of experience in dental office management or dental administration.
Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook).
Strong written and communication skills when speaking with patients and dental providers.
Strong knowledge of medical and dental terminology and processes.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families.
Customer service mindset.

Nice To Haves

Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset.
