We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Office Manager with accounting experience to join our Germantown Administrative team. In this key role, you’ll work closely with senior management and our accounting firm to oversee essential finance, administrative, and office operations. You’ll also supervise a small administrative team, including one Accounting Assistant and one HR Assistant. Our Germantown commissary serves as the heart of our production and operations, bringing together our baking, logistics, and administrative teams under one roof. This is a start-up–style environment —fast-paced, hands-on, and constantly evolving as we continue to grow. You’ll need to be comfortable with change and adaptable to a dynamic workplace where your responsibilities may evolve over time.
