About The Position

Conlan Tire is a privately owned commercial tire retreading operation that specializes in tire maintenance practices, casing management, new and re-manufactured tire sales, and all tire repair services. We are currently looking for an Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store in Pompano Beach, FL. It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing! Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience in an office environment
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and other administrative software
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store
  • Interact with customers
  • Answer phones
  • Manage payroll
  • Manage time and attendance
  • Provide HR support at the plant (assist applicants and new hires)
  • Schedule appointments for vendors
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Provide general administrative support such as typing, filing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for day-to-day operations
  • Review and audit invoices, work orders and financial statements for the store
