Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including administrative and clerical functions.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for management and staff.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and procurement.
  • Maintain filing systems, records, and databases with confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Support communication between departments and with clients.
  • Assist with payroll processing and basic accounting tasks as needed.
