TTGI is seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Office Manager to support the daily operations of our corporate office in Huntsville, AL. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment, keeping things running smoothly, and jumping in wherever help is needed. The right person will be a dependable problem-solver with great communication skills and a natural knack for helping people.

Requirements

  • Previous administrative or office management experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Positive, dependable, and adaptable — a “go-to” person for getting things done

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and team members at the corporate office
  • Maintain general office organization, supplies, and equipment
  • Coordinate mail, shipping, and deliveries
  • Assist with scheduling, meeting logistics, and company events
  • Support administrative functions such as filing, document prep, and internal communication
  • Collaborate with HR and Accounting for employee onboarding, travel arrangements, and expense coordination
  • Ensure the office environment is professional, clean, and efficient day-to-day
