About The Position

This team member will have the opportunity to learn from and work alongside our Operations Manager as you help generate new business for our company. You will be responsible for organizing, shipping, setting up and tracking our hardware, conference materials, employee-related items and other items when necessary. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and general upkeep of Eventeny property i.e. hardware, tablets, shipping material and more. The ideal candidate for this position would be detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and experience in logistics, inventory management, and customer service. They should be proficient in communication, both written and verbal, and possess the ability to build positive relationships with customers while providing efficient solutions. Additionally, they should demonstrate a proactive mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the shipping and inventory management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Ship/receive Eventeny hardware such as iPads, terminals & hotspots.
  • Ship/receive Eventeny property i.e. conference materials, Eventeny merchandise, marketing materials, etc.
  • Charge, clean, organize all devices and Eventeny property upon arrival to ensure quick and clean shipping.
  • Update spreadsheets and HubSpot about available inventory and current rentals.
  • Report back to the team regarding any missing/damaged equipment.
  • Contribute ideas for continuous improvement in shipping and inventory management.
  • Safely lift and transport heavy equipment, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines (weight from 10-30 lbs).
  • Create purchase orders for new hardware and supplies when needed.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments for purchasing and hardware needs.
  • Develop customer empathy and qualify their fit for the Eventeny rental program.
  • Provide the Eventeny team with feedback based on reports from customers.
