Monitoring budget related to Office and operational expenses. Support fiscal year end tasks and duties related to Office and operational expenses and other areas as assigned. Identifying opportunities to automate and streamline Office and administrative processes. Performing facilities management including parking and statewide fleet vehicle management. Collaborative by Providing special event support, including placing hotel bookings for group conferences, leading logistical event planning for Bridges of Colorado Conference, coordinating Bridges Commission meetings, and coordinating supplies and logistical support for communities of practice. Coordinate itineraries and book travel as requested. Identifying, coordinating, and supporting Bridges’ needs, primarily by coordinating between partners and Bridges leadership team members proactively and responsively. Attend and represent Bridges in meetings with the Office and IT service providers. Provide detailed follow-up and recommendations to support organizational decision making. Coordinating and managing utilization of main Bridges’ office by maintaining organization wide reservation system. Monitoring operational efficiencies and employee needs and providing recommendations for improvement. Maintaining Bridges’ contracts for purposes of payment processing by facilitating invoice processing, budget monitoring, and tracking and initiating renewals. Serving as the administrative liaison to Bridges Commission. Assist executive director with meeting planning, agenda, and materials. Assist commission members with travel arrangements, logistics, and expense reimbursement requests, as needed. Supporting leadership team by assisting in scheduling meetings and attending meetings, as needed. Assist in coordinating the agenda and materials for leadership and administrative team meetings as requested. This is a dynamic position where the scope of responsibilities and duties will evolve, and the incumbent should anticipate fulfilling other duties as assigned that are reasonable and necessary to fulfill the Bridges mission. Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of six (6+) years of experience in office administration, office support, administrative assistance, or a combination of the above.
  • Ability to work independently with a hybrid environment.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work.
  • Demonstration of professional alignment with Bridges values, culture, and principles of justice and equity through the organization.
  • Must be responsive, flexible and adaptable to the evolving needs of the role and the organization.

  • Be a current resident of the State of Colorado or become a resident of the State of Colorado within 30 days of the hire date.

  • Ability to work remotely, in an office setting, and travel throughout Colorado or region, depending on the position’s responsibilities.
  • Be willing to submit to a routine background investigation, including a criminal history check.
  • If hired, the Immigration Reform and Control Act requires you to provide proof of your eligibility to work in the United States within three (3) workdays of your start date.

Nice To Haves

  • Eight or more (8+) years of experience in office administration, office support, administrative assistance, or a combination of the above.
  • Experience providing support to employees within the criminal justice and/or behavioral health industry.
  • Demonstrated continuing education, advocacy, or volunteer work in diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice or social justice principles.
  • Spanish speaking is a plus, and levels of proficiency will be considered in an employee’s pay.
