About The Position

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking an Office Manager. This role is for a detail-oriented multitasker with strong proficiency in Excel, including the ability to create formulas and pivot tables, to streamline and enhance administrative processes. The successful candidate will be driven to positively impact individuals with brain injuries through administrative excellence and will collaborate with a vibrant team dedicated to providing exceptional care. Rehab Without Walls, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, offers a revolutionary neurorehabilitation program that supports individuals with brain injury, spinal cord injury, or stroke/CVA by providing care in their natural home and community environment, including the home, community, workplace, or school. This approach aims to help patients regain functional capabilities and improve independence with industry-leading outcomes.

Requirements

  • A minimum of an Associate of Arts Degree in Business or related degree. Significant direct work experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
  • A minimum of two years administrative office experience
  • Excellent organizational, customer service, and oral/written communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and data entry skills preferred
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and medical office insurance billing preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day business and administrative operations at the location
  • Implement and maintain internal financial controls and standardized operational processes to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee accurate client billing and collaborates with leadership and billing/collection staff for maximum reimbursement
  • Supervise accounts payable processes, addressing late payments or issues promptly
  • Serve as a liaison to corporate departments, handling administrative functions like finance, HRIS, billing, and payroll
