About The Position

The Practice Manager role assists the Executive Director in daily operations, implementing policies and procedures, coordinating between various departments, and leading the administrative team.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required.
  • Two years of administrative / clerical support experience required.
  • All positions are designated as Safety Sensitive positions.
  • The Company does not employ medical marijuana cardholders.
  • Applicants will be required to submit to and pass a substance abuse screen following an offer of employment and prior to reporting to work.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related Field preferred.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in behavioral health is preferred.
  • Preferred experience working with specialty services (Trauma, Chemical Dependency, Eating Disorders) in an Outpatient Setting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of an operational handbook to include patient orientation to the program.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of policies and procedures in conjunction with the Compliance Department, ensuring compliance with company policy and State and Joint Commission regulations.
  • May function as a Safety Officer, ensuring compliance with all Risk and Safety policies as well as State and Joint Commission regulations, as assigned by Corporate Compliance.
  • Coordinate all Administrative activities, including scheduling of all activities and therapies.
  • Provide daily supervision to any administrative clerical staff.
  • Coordinates on-boarding and off-boarding of new staff as well as personnel file maintenance with Corporate Human Resources.
  • Coordinates with the Business Office to ensure prompt and accurate posting of charges and collection of payments due.
