We are hiring an experienced Resort Facilities Office Manager Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about keeping operations running smoothly? We're looking for an experienced Maintenance / Facilities Office Manager to support our Director of Engineering and our maintenance team to ensure our facilities remain in top shape. What You'll Do: Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities including preventative maintenance plans and responding to guest calls. Maintain accurate records of work orders, inventory, and compliance documentation. Assist with vendor management and procurement of parts and supplies. Support engineers with administrative tasks and reporting including scheduling and payroll. Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
