Position Overview/Job Responsibilities – Office Manager This is a full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday including off hours for emergencies at Five Below’s corporate headquarters in Center City, Philadelphia . The headquarters, known as WowTown, is home to 500+ crew members and averages 350+ onsite during the week, across almost 200,000 SF. The Office Manager will be responsible for the management and oversight of all office activities, including reception, mailroom operations, workplace services, facilities management, café oversight and company events. The ideal candidate is a resourceful problem-solver, knowledge of technical facilities, excellent communicator, and experienced in creating a workplace that supports productivity, employee engagement, and hospitality.
