Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • 5+ years’ experience in workplace, facilities, or office management.
  • Ability to manage budgets and reporting.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple floors and/or satellite locations.
  • Conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure all spaces are maintained.
  • Manage space planning activities and occupancy updates.
  • Coordinate with building management on property needs.
  • Ensure a premium hospitality experience and oversee daily operations of reception and all client-facing areas, maintaining a professional, efficient, and welcoming workplace environment.
  • Provide oversight and direction to front office staff.
  • Maintain hospitality and service standards.
  • Manage annual operating budgets.
  • Track spending and review invoices.
  • Identify cost-efficiency opportunities.
  • Serve as primary liaison for vendors and contractors.
  • Manage SLAs, COIs, and performance.
  • Coordinate repairs, projects, and moves.
  • Coordinate onboarding across floors.
  • Support HR and events.
  • Manage office communications.
  • Oversee access control and visitor systems.
  • Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance.
  • Prepare occupancy, space utilization, and vendor reporting.
  • Maintain maintenance and expense logs.
  • Support expansions, renovations, and office enhancements.
