We are currently seeking an Office Manager & Executive Assistant to support our Davenport office and executive leadership team. This role serves as a trusted administrative partner to the CEO while ensuring the office operates efficiently and professionally each day. This role may be a strong fit for professionals with experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or Corporate Administrator. The ideal candidate brings a high level of organization, judgment, and professionalism, with the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-moving environment and help leadership operate efficiently.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in executive administration, office management or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership and managing executive calendars.
  • Excellent communicator who can maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • A go-getter with great attention to detail and strong computer skills.
  • High school diploma
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted administrative partner to the CEO, helping manage priorities, schedules, and logistics across multiple locations.
  • Coordinate a complex calendar, anticipating scheduling conflicts, preparing meeting materials, and arranging travel.
  • Manage the flow of meetings and communications to ensure the CEO’s time is aligned with company priorities while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ensure the corporate office runs smoothly and remains a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
  • Coordinate day-to-day office logistics such as mail and packages, managing office supplies and shared spaces.
  • Support building and security vendors, and help prepare the office for meetings and guests.
  • Assist with special projects, cross-company administrative coordination, and office culture initiatives that help keep our team connected.
