About The Position

Coordinates, organizes, and oversees the main office services of a comprehensive high school and performs responsible and complex administrative support duties for a Principal and other site administrator. Coordinates and prioritizes the workflow and clerical support activities for enrollments and events.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Supplemental college business courses
  • 4 years of progressive experience in a clerical, financial and secretarial capacity
  • Alternatively, an Associates Degree and two years of progressive secretarial experience would be acceptable.
  • Resume (Provide clear evidence of required experience)
  • Typing Certificate (45 Net WPM)
  • Proof of HS Graduation - High School Diploma or High School Transcripts or equivalent (ex: GED)

Nice To Haves

  • May require a valid driver’s license.
  • May require a first-aid/CPR card.
