Bexorg is seeking a highly organized, proactive Office Manager & Culture Champion to serve as the backbone of our day-to-day office operations while bringing our culture to life in tangible, consistent ways. This is a hybrid role: Office Operations: You ensure the office runs seamlessly—anticipating needs, solving problems, and creating an environment where teams can do their best work. Culture Execution: You partner with leadership and HR to operationalize and support culture—not by designing it, but by executing and scaling the moments, rituals, and experiences that define it. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in details, and finds energy in creating a workplace that feels both highly functional and deeply engaging. This role is critical to Bexorg’s success. You will directly impact how our team experiences the workplace every day—ensuring operational excellence while making our culture visible, consistent, and real.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in office management, operations, or administrative support
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong execution mindset—someone who follows through and gets things done
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to anticipate needs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High ownership mentality with a “no job too small, no job too big” attitude
  • Comfortable working across tools such as Google Workspace, Slack and Microsoft Office

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a highly functional, organized, and welcoming office environment
  • Manage office supplies, vendors, facilities coordination, mail, and shipments
  • Own onboarding logistics (workspace setup, welcome experience, materials, new hire swag)
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and internal logistics as needed
  • Support document management, templates, and digital signature processes
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for employees, visitors, and external partners
  • Bring Bexorg’s culture to life through consistent, high-quality execution
  • Plan and execute company events, team offsites, and internal gatherings
  • Support and maintain internal communication channels and tools (e.g., Haystack, Slack, Egnyte)
  • Coordinate and execute company “rituals” (milestones, celebrations, recognitions)
  • Manage company swag, gifting, and appreciation efforts
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the HR function across day-to-day activities
  • Coordinate recruiting logistics, including posting roles, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding logistics (e.g., documentation, scheduling, system access coordination)
  • Prepare and distribute new hire materials and support a smooth first-day experience
  • Maintain and organize HR documentation, templates, and tracking tools
  • Support the distribution of internal communications related to HR programs, updates, and key initiatives
  • Assist with ad hoc HR-related administrative tasks as needed
  • Coordinate external-facing initiatives such as community partnerships and events
  • Support brand consistency across office experience, events, and materials
  • Assist with light website and social media updates as needed
