The Office & Culture Coordinator exists to make sure the environment they come to every day reflects that — a space that energizes the team, runs without friction, and makes people genuinely glad to show up. This is a highly visible, people-first role at the heart of daily life at Picogrid's El Segundo headquarters. You'll own the physical experience of the office from the moment someone walks in to the moment they leave — ensuring the space is welcoming, well-run, and stocked with everything the team needs. You'll coordinate the facilities and vendors that keep our building operating smoothly, manage our food and catering program, and drive the culture moments and morale initiatives that make Picogrid more than just a place to work.
