This Regular Full-time Program Manager position is within the Office of Culture and Inclusion (OCI) and involves supporting various initiatives related to employee resource groups, workforce engagement, supplier access, internal communications, and enterprise culture celebrations. The role focuses on operational support, data tracking, program effectiveness evaluation, and best-practice scanning to strengthen impact and execution of culture and inclusion programs. Responsibilities

  • Track participation/completion data and support development/maintenance of educational resources and content.
  • Provide operational support for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), including governance documentation, calendars, program tracking tools, and event logistics aligned with institutional requirements.
  • Facilitate communication between ERG leaders and OCI to support alignment with enterprise priorities.
  • Support workforce engagement and culture assessment efforts; compile participation, engagement, and other program metrics into summary reports for leadership.
  • Help evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement; maintain data systems used to monitor trends.
  • Support supplier access initiatives in collaboration with Supply Chain/procurement teams, including vendor databases, outreach coordination, and reporting.
  • Partner with Marketing & Communications and Internal Communications to promote OCI initiatives via announcements, newsletters, and program updates; maintain internal webpages/shared resources as appropriate.
  • Support enterprise culture initiatives such as Unity Week and heritage celebrations, including planning, logistics, and post-event synthesis.
  • Serve as a responsive operational resource for staff and physician stakeholders navigating culture/inclusion-related programming, processes, and enterprise resources.
  • Conduct ongoing scanning of best practices, trends, and emerging issues; recommend practical enhancements to strengthen impact and execution.
