About The Position

The Office Manager performs a variety of diversified administrative, medical records, and billing/accounting tasks and responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years professional office experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Associates degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Managing medical orders and record management to patient charts.
  • Manage outgoing and incoming orders within the company timeline.
  • Perform agency payroll reconciliation through reporting and monitoring for approval.
  • Assist in month end close responsibilities.
  • Manage monthly/ quarterly/ annual agency compliance requirements.
  • Manage/ Reconcile/ Approve agency invoices as needed.
  • Overseeing office and medical supplies inventory.
  • Maintaining forms and admission packets as directed by the clinical manager and administrator.
  • Managing agency tablet new employee set up and termination procedures for tablet management.
  • Serve as vendor manager for office, responsible for coordinating office delivery/ and maintenance as needed.
  • Assists with employee onboarding/offboarding.
  • Serves as local point of contact for HR required documents.
  • Assists with medical record requests.
  • Other duties as assigned
